1. About Tiglit

Tiglit (“the Service”) is an AI-powered parenting support tool that provides general guidance on toddler behaviour. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Not medical or clinical advice

Important disclaimer — please read carefully:

  • •Tiglit provides general guidance based on publicly available child development research. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
  • •The AI-generated advice is informational only. It does not constitute a diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical recommendation.
  • •If your child is showing signs of a developmental disorder, mental health concern, or medical issue, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
  • •In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this app.
  • •By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations.

3. Eligibility

  • •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
  • •This Service is intended for parents, caregivers, and educators. It is not intended for use by children.
  • •By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Your account

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • •You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • •You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content you upload

  • •You retain ownership of any content you upload, including video clips and descriptions.
  • •By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • •You must have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload content that belongs to others without permission.
  • •Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights.
  • •Videos are processed to extract still frames and are deleted within 24 hours. We do not retain video files.

6. Payments and subscriptions

  • •Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select.
  • •Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
  • •Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and do not auto-renew.
  • •We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • ✕Upload content that contains nudity, abuse, or exploitation of any person, particularly minors.
  • ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • ✕Use automated means to access the Service without our permission.
  • ✕Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access paid features without payment.
  • ✕Misrepresent the AI-generated advice as professional medical or clinical opinion.

8. Intellectual property

The Tiglit name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission. The AI-generated advice produced by the Service is provided for your personal use only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • •The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • •Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • •We do not warrant that the AI-generated advice will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
